The Sales Admin will be responsible for smooth execution of daily operations supporting sales activities.
The role involves coordinating with various company’s operating units and intercompany departments, communication and liaising with clients & suppliers, managing sales documents, and handling administrative tasks, to contribute to the overall operations of the company.
Good communication skills to deal with internally and externally.
Able speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Minimum Certificate/ Vocational/ Diploma
Min 1-2 years of administration working experiences, or in related manufacturing and construction industries.
Fresh graduate welcome to apply

岗位职责
Key Responsibilities:
Engaging in operations and administrative tasks to facilitate effective sales activities.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
To liaise and coordinate with sales team pertaining to sales quotation, customers' order, delivery order, invoice and all others admin documents works.
Prepare sales invoices, sales order and quotation, price tags, ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with company policies.
Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Handling with admin works , dealing with incoming and outgoing calls, faxes, what's app and emails.
To maintain proper filling system and ensure all documents are filed up to date.
Liaise and co-ordinate with all departments in areas of administration matters.
