Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Candidates with minimum 1 year of relevant experience are an advantage

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Familiarity with accounting software (SQL accounting) is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Possess strong communication skills in English

Proactive, independent and result-driven & presentable

Analytical minded, effective communication & interpersonal skills.

Hardworking with initiative and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Handle full set of accounts including AP (Account Payable), AR (Account Receivable), and GL (General Ledger)

Prepare monthly financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow)

Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records

Process supplier payments and staff claims

Prepare schedules and assist in audit and tax matters

Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records

Support month-end and year end closing

Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external parties

Ad-hoc task by supervisor
