Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification

2. 3–4 years working experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical documentation environment

3. Able to read and understand technical drawings and measurements (GD&T knowledge is an advantage)

4. Experience in ERP/SAP system will be an added advantage

5. Good documentation skills with structured and organized working style

6. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English

7. Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player

8. Willing to work in Bukit Jelutong.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Engineering Assistant to support engineering operations through technical documentation, engineering drawings, and structured manufacturing processes. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are eager to learn. Key Responsibilities

1.      Production Drawings & Technical Documentation

·         Update and maintain production drawings and work instructions based on customer requirements

·         Ensure all production details, materials, dimensions, and process requirements are accurately documented

·         Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure drawing clarity and manufacturability

 2.      ERP Routing & Process Control

·         Maintain and update production routings in ERP system

·         Ensure products follow the correct manufacturing flow and approved production steps

·         Support process accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives

 3.      Quality Measurement & Inspection Support

·         Prepare measurement protocols for:

·         Final Quality Control (FQC)

·         In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

·         Extract and interpret dimensions from customer 2D technical drawings

·         Support quality assurance activities to meet customer and industry requirements
