Diploma in any discipline. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Good written and verbal English

Good computer literate

Proficiency in Microsoft office especially in Excel & Power Point

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to details

Ability to work independently and as a team

Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage

Possess own transport

Meeting customers’ expectations and demands.

Supervising the factory workers on the production floor.

Maintaining high standards of the production line.

Implementing production strategies as per the requirements.

Inspecting the quality of the finished products.

Maintaining a sound relationship with the employees and clients.

You will support in implementing an appropriate and effective project or program management framework for corporate interior IT-out projects.

You will support in defining and implementing criteria for control and management of the project.

You will manage the design and site delivery team’s performance of delegated responsibilities.

You will manage the project budget including risk allowance, and monitor control changes/ variations.

You will coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders.

You will manage and supervise day-to-day project activities to ensure projects are executed and on schedule

You will monitor work progress and ensure that all works are in accordance with drawing, specification and quality controls and comply with the procedure.

Ensure all aspects of QA and QC matters, record all defects works and ensure proper documentation.

In charge of ensuring a smooth process of supplying products to the site.

Maintain close communications with contractors to plan and derive accurate delivery scheduling.
