任职资格

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales support, customer service, or supply chain coordination, preferably in GWP, FMCG, or trading industries.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia in speaking and written. (Mandarin is a plus).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic inventory or accounting systems.

  • Strong attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Good interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.

  • Familiarity with sales and logistics processes (quotation, invoice, shipment tracking, etc.).

Other Requirements

  • Willing to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.

  • Able to support cross-functional departments and take initiative on assigned tasks.

  • Must possess own transport and valid driving license.

岗位职责

Sales Support

  • Assist in preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order status.

  • Support the sales team in following up with clients and maintaining good customer relationships.

  • Coordinate product sample requests and arrange deliveries.

  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM / database.

Operations Support

  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams (procurement and accounts) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock checking.

  • Track order status, shipment schedules, and resolve any delivery or supply issues.

  • Assist in basic sourcing / purchasing tasks, such as requesting quotations and preparing purchase orders.

Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare daily and weekly sales and operations reports.

  • Perform data entry, filing, and documentation tasks accurately.

  • Assist in expense tracking, claims, and reimbursement submissions.

  • Provide administrative support for meetings, schedules, and departmental coordination.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
