The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales team in achieving revenue goals and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role involves assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing administrative support to the sales department. Possess basic understanding of design, project schedule, critical-path, T&C requirement.

Sales Support:
•Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets.
•Monitor daily sales activities and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.

Team Collaboration:
•Collaborate with sales team members to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
•Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff as needed.

Customer Relationship Management:
•Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met.
•Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.

Sales Administration:
•Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
•Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
•Any other internal administrative tasks assigned by the Director or higher to facilitate a smooth sales process
•Any other duties assigned by the Director or higher

Technology Proficiency:
•Good knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Performance Tracking:
•Help track and report on sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement.
•Assist in preparing regular sales forecasts and progress reports.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
•Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and initiatives.
•Share customer feedback with relevant departments to inform product and service improvements.
