任职资格
Preferably candidates with SPM or Diploma in any field;
Computer skill (MS Office, Excel, Power Point);
Must be ableto speak, read, and write inMandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and customers;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
Able to work as a team member as well as an individual contributor;
Sense of responsibility to complete task given.
Working hour:
Monday to Friday (9.00am-6.00pm)
Sat (9.00am-1.00pm)
岗位职责
Provide a range of comprehensive support to the management in a highly professional, discreet and professional manner;
To assist with information/data collection for better decision-making and problem solving as assigned;
Assist the Purchasing Department in daily administrative and operational activities;
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO), quotations, delivery schedules, and other purchasing-related documents accurately and timely;
Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery arrangements, and shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery;
Maintain and update purchasing records, supplier databases, pricing lists, and related documentation systematically;
Handle supplier claims, replacement requests, and discrepancies related to deliveries, quantities, or product quality;
Assist in preparing purchasing reports, data analysis, and other reports required by Management;
To perform all tasks and duties required to support the overall goals of the Company.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time.
