Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

岗位职责
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms professionally and promptly
Coordinate with internal departments and operations team regarding shipment status and delivery updates
Assist customers with booking arrangements, documentation, and order processing
Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Follow up closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality
Support daily administrative and customer service operations when required
Ensure all tasks are completed according to company procedures and timelines
