1–3 years experience in content creation, video editing, or social media management

Must be fluent in spoken and written Mandarin to cater to our target demographic

Highly proficient in video editing and design software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, graphic design, and copywriting skills

Deep understanding of Xiaohongshu (XHS) and TikTok algorithms is a strong advantage

End-to-End Content Creation
Brainstorm, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content of our co-living spaces and homestays for platforms like Xiaohongshu (XHS), TikTok, and Instagram.

Multimedia Design
Design visually appealing graphics, marketing banners, and promotional materials that align with our brand's aesthetic.

Copywriting & Scripting
Craft compelling, on-brand captions, video scripts, and marketing copy primarily in Mandarin to engage our target audience.

Social Media Management
Manage daily postings, monitor engagement, interact with our online community, and assist with corporate or personal branding initiatives.

Trend Spotting & Strategy
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral audio, and content formats to continuously optimize our marketing strategy.

Project Coordination
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to highlight specific property units, promotions, and company milestones through creative content.
