任职要求 / Requirements

• 工作经验 / Experience:
  1年以上装修行业相关/客户服务相关，有独立管理小型或中型项目经验者优先。
  1 year of experience in the renovation industry or customer service, and those with experience in independently managing small or medium-sized projects, will be given priority.

• 语言能力 / Language Skills:

  • 必须能流利使用华语、简单英语进行口头和书面沟通，以便与客户、供应商及团队顺畅协作。
    Fluent in Mandarin, simple English verbal and written communication to effectively liaise with clients, suppliers, and teams.

  • 技能 / Skills:

    • 能熟练使用办公软件（Word、Excel、Project等），能进行施工进度表和材料报表的制作。

    • 工作态度 / Work Attitude:

      • 优秀的人际沟通能力和团队协作精神，能在多文化环境下顺畅工作。
        Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, able to work smoothly in a multicultural environment.
        

Job Responsibilities：

• 与客户、设计团队及供应商保持顺畅沟通，及时解决施工中出现的问题，确保客户满意度。Maintain smooth communication with clients, design teams, and suppliers, promptly resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
