Fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided.
Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills (mobile devices & computers) is an advantage.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
Assist with order status, delivery timelines, payment issues, and product information.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues (smartphones, tablets, laptops).
Provide accurate, timely, and professional solutions.
Maintain high performance in customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity KPIs.
Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues in real time.
Accurately record customer interactions in internal systems.
Stay updated on product knowledge and continuously improve service delivery.
