Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent

Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Revit and BIM Software

Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines

Detail-oriented

Team player and self-motivated

Willing to travel interstate

Experience : Knowledge in Mechanical & Electrical service

To prepare full set of M&E construction drawings, Shop drawing and other related drawings in accordance with project requirements

To produce and process drawing using AutoCAD/BIM software. and add details to drawing plans

Assist and coordinate with designers and engineers

Generate detailed AutoCAD/ BIM models and drawings for Mechanical and/or Electrical works in accordance with project requirements

Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently to develop drawings for submission, ensuring adherence to engineering principles and best practices

Propose system routing independently based on engineering standards, and perform quality checks on model and drawing production

Interpret and comprehend schematic and single-line diagrams for accurate representation in BIM models

Maintain meticulous records of all issued and received models/drawings, ensuring document control standards are met

Actively participate in coordination meetings and clash detection sessions as needed, contributing to seamless project execution

Collaborate with the engineer-in-charge and other technical professionals on assigned tasks to achieve project goals

Any other ad-hoc / duties / projects that may be assigned by Lead
