• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations

• Good research skills and attention to detail

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proficient in English; Mandarin is an advantage

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn search, etc.)

• Source and identify potential candidates across JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and internal databases

• Build and maintain a strong CV database for multiple functions (Customer Service, Telesales, Operations, HR, Admin, IT, etc.)

• Screen candidate profiles for basic role fit before updating records

• Assist recruiters with candidate lists, initial research, market mapping, and competitor talent research

• Prepare candidate summaries and maintain accurate, compliant data

• Support other sourcing or recruitment tasks as required
