任职资格
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if suitable).
- Knnowledge of HVAC / M&E systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
岗位职责
- Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions (e.g., HVAC / M&E systems).
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial submissions for clients.
- Conduct site visits and attend technical meetings with clients when required.
- Work closely with the technical/engineering team to ensure proposed solutions are accurate and feasible.
- Prepare regular sales reports, project updates, and sales forecasts.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
- Follow up on projects from initial enquiry stage until deal closure.
