职位描述

任职资格

  • Possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist role, preferably in a warehouse or operational environment. However, Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.

  • Possess good communication and data & reporting skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Detail oriented.

岗位职责

  • To assist in job interviews, review applications, evaluate applicant skills, and make recommendations where necessary, as well as support end-to-end recruitment activities from screening and interviewing to offer, contract preparation, onboarding, and offboarding for both Malaysian and Foreign Employees.

  • Manage and coordinate headcount fulfilment supply by recruitment and manpower agencies to meet the requested headcount by DC operations.

  • Maintain good relationship with the relevant recruitment and manpower agencies.

  • To maintain HR policies and procedures and ensure adherence and compliance with relevant policies & guidelines.

  • Manage foreign worker staffing, conduct regular compliance checks on work permits, ensuring accurate salary payments aligned with attendance and payslips and accommodation provided are complied with local regulations standard.

  • Coordinate with operations and manpower agencies on foreign worker's resources arrangement such as passport renewal and medical checkup.

  • Support employee engagement activities for DC.

  • Deal with internal / external requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records and documentation.

  • Update and maintain reporting including hiring, fulfillment, permit expiry summary report, turnover and exit interview assessment summary.

  • Support DC project in documentation and data preparation.

  • Support HR-related audits, including GDPMD compliance where applicable.
