Requirements
Language Required: Chinese / Bahasa Malaysia / English
Education Level: SPM & Above
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Proven experience in admin or clerical roles (preferred)
Basic knowledge of database system or SQL (preferred)
Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Google Sheet)
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Good organisational and time management skills
Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills

Handle daily office operations and general administrative tasks
Manage document, filling systems, and data entry
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Assist In basic bookkeeping or invoice preparation
Raise with vendors, clients and internal department
Monitor documents despatch and received
