We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the full spectrum of Human Resources function, including employee management, disciplinary and license management management, and daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage uniforms, outer garments, lockers, and general inventory (ordering, distribution, tracking)
- Handle licensing, permits, and certifications
- Handle foreign worker matters
- Coordinate vendor contracts, renewals, and service agreements
- Oversee waste disposal processes and maintain compliance records
- Support visitor management, reception duties, and hospitality arrangements
- Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Manage transport bookings and driver coordination
- Assist with finance-related tasks such as voucher processing and documentation
- Maintain records for weighing, recyclable material sales, and halal certification
- Handle employee relations matters including counseling, disciplinary issues (DI), and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
- Coordinate panel clinic matters and employee medical arrangements
- Provide general administrative and ad hoc support
