岗位职责
Food Preparation: Interns assist in preparing ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring. They may also help in cooking basic dishes under the supervision of experienced chefs.
Sanitation and Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean kitchen environment is crucial. Interns are responsible for cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment, as well as following food safety and sanitation standards.
Assisting Chefs: Interns work closely with chefs, learning various cooking techniques and food presentation skills. They may help in plating dishes and garnishing before serving.
Inventory Management: Interns may assist in monitoring inventory levels, checking deliveries for quality, and properly storing food items to ensure freshness and compliance with health regulations.
Learning and Development: A significant part of the internship involves observing and learning from kitchen staff to improve culinary skills. Interns rotate through different kitchen stations to gain exposure to various aspects of kitchen operations.
