Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a Content Creator/ Writer

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.

Excellent creativity and innovative writing skills

A good presenter (for social media content) for live and pre-recorded

Excellent written and verbal communications skills, in both English and Malay language

Creative, out of box thinker and detail oriented

Content Creation: Independently develop and curate compelling content (including write-up) for social media platforms and being part as the presenter for the video either live or pre-recorded, where necessary

Social Media Management: Monitor and manage social media accounts (including uploading, monitoring and analysing the postings), ensuring consistent brand messaging, timely responses to inquiries, and addressing customer concerns.

Engagement and Community Management: Actively engage with the audience through comments, messages, and discussions, fostering a positive and interactive community.

Social Media Analytics: Track and analyze social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversions, to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.

Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to identify new opportunities for audience growth and engagement.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights to share with the team and stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, and other relevant departments/team to ensure alignment of messaging, visual elements, and brand guidelines across all social media channels

Influencer Outreach: Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers and industry partners for potential collaborations and brand advocacy.

Stay Compliant: Maintain awareness of legal and ethical considerations surrounding social media usage and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
