Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field

• Experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations is an advantage

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, report writing)

• Strong attention to detail and observation skills

• Able to work in shifts (if required)

• Good communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English)

• High level of integrity and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to ensure safety and security of premises

• Review and analyze recorded footage when required (incidents, investigations, audits)

• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily surveillance activities

• Identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or irregularities

• Coordinate with security personnel and relevant departments on incidents

• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report any faults

• Assist in investigations by retrieving and compiling video evidence

• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data and company information

• Perform administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and reporting
