  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure
  • Willing to travel between branches
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple beauty outlets
  • Conduct regular branch visits to ensure service quality and operational standards are maintained
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets to drive overall business performance
  • Analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies
  • Supervise and coach staff to enhance productivity and service standards
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues effectively
  • Coordinate with headquarters to execute company policies and promotional activities
