Proficiency in speaking, reading and typing in both English and Mandarin (Traditional and Simplified) is required
Available to work full-time:
Night shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts professionally
Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel industry (experience in reservation systems (GDS) such as Sabre is an advantage)
Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome; training will be provided
岗位职责
Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary planning, and general inquiries
Handle customer complaints and provide timely and effective resolutions
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth travel experiences
Process payments, refunds, and booking modifications as required
Provide after-sales support and follow up with customers for feedback
Stay up to date with travel trends, packages, and promotions
