Diploma or Bachelor degree

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in export/import logistics

Knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, documentation processes.

Proven negotiation skills and stakeholder relationship management.

Proficiency with ERP systems and logistics software.

Safety, Quality and Delivery are top priority, practice “Stop Call and Wait” when abnormality case occurs.

Make sure abnormality information escalate to HOD within 3 hours.

Develop export-import strategy

Documentation management

Logistics coordination & execution

Negotiate rates, schedules, and contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, and shipping lines.

Performance & cost management

Manage logistics budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities

Issue resolution & risk management

Stakeholder coordination & team leadership

Continuous improvement & industry monitoring
