Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
- 2–4 years of HR experience (recruitment focus preferred)
- Strong knowledge in Malaysia labor law (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)Able to handle payroll, recruitment and documentation
- Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / hiring
- Able to work independently & handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Good communication & coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview, hiring)
- Develop and improve recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates
- Manage employee records, attendance & payroll coordination
- Prepare HR documents (offer letter, warning letter, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company policies & labour law
- Support HR operations & administrative functions
