Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Minimum 2 years experiences in operations or scheduling team.

Good communication skills to coordinate with drivers, operations team, and customers.

Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changes or urgent requests.

Update Transport Management System (TMS) accurately.

Escalate stock risk, operational issues, or safety incidents.

Liaise with Shell team, terminal, station dealers, drivers, and management.

Change truck details in the scheduling system.

Prepare daily operational and performance reports.
