任职资格
• Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience (retail or consumer products preferred)
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
岗位职责
• Lead retail sales operations to meet and exceed targets
• Act as the main contact for customers, ensuring smooth service and order processing
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and product lines
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing to support sales strategies
• Plan and execute promotions, trade fairs, and exhibitions to boost brand visibility
• Suggest improvements based on market insights and industry trends
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
