岗位职责
1. KOL / Influencer Research Research and identify relevant KOLs across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) Shortlist influencers based on brand fit, audience, engagement rate, and content style Analyze competitors’ KOL strategies and identify potential creators
2. Database Management Build and maintain KOL database (name, handle, niche, followers, engagement rate, location, contact) Categorize KOLs (running, fitness, lifestyle, outdoor, etc.) Update performance tracking sheets regularly
3. Outreach & Communication Assist in reaching out to KOLs (DM / email) Draft outreach messages and collaboration proposals Follow up with KOLs on deliverables and timelines
4. Campaign Support Assist in seeding / barter / paid campaign execution Track posting timelines and ensure KOLs deliver on schedule Monitor campaign performance (views, engagement, conversions if needed)
5. Content Review & Coordination Review KOL content before posting (if needed) Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines Coordinate revisions or feedback with KOLs
6. Market & Trend Research Identify trending content formats and viral KOLs Stay updated on social media trends (Reels, TikTok trends, etc.) Suggest new campaign ideas based on trends
7. Reporting Compile campaign reports (reach, engagement, ROI) Provide insights on top-performing KOLs Suggest improvements for future campaigns
