Experience in customer service, sales, or client coordination is an advantage
Willing to learn and master company products and services (training provided)
Comfortable with occasional on-site/event involvement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, email)
Able to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups effectively
Possess own transport and valid driving license
Positive, proactive, and sales-driven attitude
岗位职责
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other channels
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable photobooth packages
Follow up on enquiries consistently to convert them into confirmed bookings
Update and communicate current products, services, and promotions to clients
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Accounts) for smooth execution
Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and booking status
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process
Assist in on-site operations occasionally (event setup/support) to gain product knowledge
