手部灵巧度高：具备出色的手眼协调能力和稳定的手部操作能力，能够处理精密部件。 注重细节：能够发现细微缺陷并始终保持高品质。 耐心：能够专注地完成重复性、高精度的工作。 教育背景：最低学历为SPM/SKM（欢迎应届毕业生申请，我们将提供培训）。 优先技能：拥有电子组装、裁缝、珠宝制作或其他手工技能者优先考虑。
Responsibilities
精密组装：手工或使用小型工具（镊子、放大镜等）组装微型医疗组件。 目视检查：检查零件是否存在缺陷、灰尘或划痕，以确保其符合医疗安全标准。 包装与贴标：将成品器械小心地包装到无菌包装中，并贴上正确的标签。 洁净室操作：在温控/洁净室环境中工作，并穿戴适当的防护装备（口罩、手套、防护服）。 记录保存：维护简单的日常生产日志，以跟踪产量和质量。
