Basic education preferred

No prior experience required (training provided)

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Physically fit for manual work, lifting, and standing

Willingness to work shifts and overtime if needed

Assist in assembly and production activities

Load, unload, and move materials and finished goods

Perform basic packing, labeling, and sorting tasks

Maintain cleanliness of the work area and factory floor

Follow instructions, safety rules, and company policies

Support machine operators and supervisors as required

Inspect products visually for defects

Perform other general duties assigned by management
