• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field

• Basic skills in video editing and graphic design (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Photoshop)

• Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and current trends

• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn

• Good attention to detail and sense of design

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Content Creation

• Assist in creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

• Support photoshoots and video shoots (behind-the-scenes, short clips, reels)

• Brainstorm content ideas and trends together with the marketing team

Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Stories)

• Basic video cutting, transitions, subtitles, music, and effects

• Ensure videos follow brand style and platform requirements

Graphic Design

• Design simple visuals such as posters, banners, social media posts, and thumbnails

• Assist in layout design for promotions and campaigns

• Ensure designs align with company branding and guidelines

Content Planning & Support

• Assist in preparing content calendars

• Help organize and manage digital assets (photos, videos, design files)

• Support ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions

Administrative & Team Support

• Take feedback positively and revise content when required

• Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to marketing and creative projects

• Work closely with team members to meet deadlines
