Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field

Proven experience in social media content creation (portfolio preferred)

Comfortable appearing on camera and communicating confidently

Basic skills in photo and video editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends

Good command of written and spoken English (Mandarin is an advantage)

Self-motivated, creative, and able to meet deadlines

Interest or experience in B2B, industrial, or machinery-related content is an added advantage

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) and basic visual content

Represent the brand as an on-screen presenter for selected video content

Manage posting schedules and monitor content performance and engagement

Grow social media presence and engage with followers, comments, and messages

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions

Ensure all content aligns with company branding and professional standards

Stay updated on social media trends and suggest new content ideas
