Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in disciplines.
Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role in industrial and commercial sector.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of securing profitable deals and long-term contracts.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective account management and exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in utilizing reports and tracking data provided by the Customer Service Department, along with other sales enablement tools, to effectively manage sales pipelines, monitor progress, and support accurate sales forecasting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Job Summary
Responsible for winning, on-boarding, maintaining and expanding relations with customers within an assigned territory by designing and implementing strategies for our products and providing the required service level and technical support to ensure a satisfactory user experience.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets for Averex's cleaning solutions.
Leverage deep product knowledge and technical expertise to effectively demonstrate and present Averex's innovative cleaning products to prospective clients, addressing their specific industry requirements and pain points.
Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, including market penetration, strategic partnerships, and expansion into new customer segments.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product enhancement or new solution development.
Lead negotiations for complex sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maximizing profitability and aligning with Averex's business goals.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback, influence product roadmaps, and ensure sales collateral and training materials are up-to-date and effective.
