任职资格
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field (Banking/Finance related is an advantage)
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or banking industry is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English (Mandarin or other languages is a plus)
Basic understanding of banking products and financial services
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Computer literate and familiar with CRM systems
Willing to work in shifts, weekends, or public holidays
岗位职责
Handle inbound calls, emails, or live chats from customers regarding banking products and services
Assist customers with account inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
Ensure all customer interactions comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system (CRM)
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary
Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
