Prior experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English (additional languages like Mandarin is a plus)
Sales-driven with a positive and proactive attitude
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Willing to work in shifts, weekends, or public holidays
岗位职责
Handle incoming calls, chats, or emails from customers regarding products or services
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or products
Convert inquiries into sales while achieving individual and team sales targets
Provide accurate information about pricing, promotions, and product features
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Follow up with potential customers when necessary
Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system (CRM)
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
