Diploma or degree holder for mechanical.

Able to understand drawing.

Knowledge of Auto Cad & inventor application skill.

To assist designer to model 3D model for projects and parts ordered by customers.

To provide general dimensioning and tolerancing of part drawing.

To provide component and assembly detail for machine assembly and sub assembly in order to provide bill of materials for purchasing.

Responsible to handle load test, pressure test, hydraulic test and delivery meets client requirement.

To monitor progress at production for each project to ensure fulfill due date customer.

Review and revise customer’s 3D model before release for machining.

Interpret and convert customer’s 2D drawing to 3D modelling for internal machining.

Assign process machining for each part item before running machine.

Solving problems occur during welding, machining and assembly process.

Arrange material.
