- Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a Store Manager role (preferably in fashion).
- Proven success in driving sales and managing a profitable retail operation.
- Exceptional leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and analytical ability.
- Excellent in visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
岗位职责
- Full performance responsibility for the store, including achieving and exceeding sales, budget, and profitability targets.
- Recruit, train, coach, mentor, and manage the performance of the entire store team.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive footfall, sales, and customer loyalty.
- Manage all operational aspects, including inventory control, scheduling, and loss prevention.
- Ensure the store’s visual presentation and merchandising are flawless and aligned with brand direction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mall management and head office.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.
