- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, including inventory and merchandising.
- Results-driven with proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
岗位职责
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations.
- Drive sales and profitability by motivating the team and implementing sales strategies.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and delegation of daily tasks.
- Conduct sales training and performance reviews for Store Crew and Senior Store Crew.
- Oversee visual merchandising to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory processes including stock counts, transfers, and loss prevention.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Analyse sales reports and provide insights to the Store Manager.
