What you will do:
a) Client Engagement Planning
- Be the Connector: Coordinate between managers and team members to plan and schedule client engagements that run like clockwork.
- Keep it tight: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date fieldwork schedule so deadlines are clear and progress is easy to track.
- Set the stage: Prepare and share engagement timelines with clients and teams before kickoff, everyone knows what’s coming.
- Get the details right: Help create document requisition lists and follow up on outstanding info so fieldwork starts smoothly.
- Support where it counts: Provide admin assistance during planning and execution to keep things moving.
- Own the flow: Monitor engagement progress, ensuring milestones are met and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Plan the Journey: Arrange travel logistics for out-of-town assignments, including car-pooling arrangements, flights, accommodations, and local transportation.
b) Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Be the voice: Act as the go-to liaison between the company and clients, ensuring communication is timely and clear.
- Handle with care: Manage calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the right people fast.
- Respond like a pro: Address general client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Listen and improve: Gather client feedback and share it with the team to keep raising the bar.
c) Report Preparation
- Make it shine: Assist in creating reports and presentations that are clear, polished, and client-ready.
d) Administrative Support
- Stay updated: Keep the company’s resource database fresh and accurate.
- Track trends: Help maintain market research analysis so we’re always ahead.
- Keep it clean: Compile billing details, check staff claims, and monitor attendance, assignments, and timesheets.
- Close the loop: Send monthly reminders on outstanding invoices with Statements of Account.
e) Adapt & Evolve
