The Role

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to manage real estate agents, coordinate sales activities and support property marketing initiatives.

You will also help organise marketing events, conduct market research, and ensure our sales gallery and show units are ready for customers.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with real estate agents.
• Provide agents with updated property, pricing and promotional information.
• Monitor agent activities and sales performance.
• Support agents throughout the sales process.
• Ensure agents comply with company procedures.
• Conduct property briefings and agent training.
• Coordinate property launches, roadshows, site visits and customer events.
• Gather market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations and dashboards.
• Maintain the presentation and readiness of the sales gallery and show units.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and external partners.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Property development or real estate experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong relationship-building and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems.
• Experience with MHW or similar property sales systems is an advantage.
• Power BI experience is an added advantage.
• Willing to support events outside regular working hours when required.
• Legally authorised to work in Malaysia.
