Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in a related field is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous clinic or healthcare experience will be an advantage.
• Friendly and professional communication skills.
• Responsible, honest, and disciplined with a positive attitude.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and clinic management systems, is an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Patient Registration & Administration
• Register patients and assist with appointment scheduling.
• Handle patient payments and maintain accurate administrative records.
• Manage patient files and ensure medical records are properly updated.

Patient Support

• Welcome patients and respond to enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls and provide basic information regarding clinic services.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.

Clinical & Operational Support

• Assist doctors and nurses with day-to-day clinic operations.
• Prepare consultation rooms and support general clinic activities when required.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and overall tidiness of the clinic to provide a safe and comfortable environment.
