Monitor and analyze store performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
Use performance data and insights to recommend improvements to operational processes, sales performance, service quality, and loss prevention.
Collaborate with relevant teams to plan and execute projects, including setting objectives, timelines, tracking progress, and reviewing outcomes.
Prepare reports and presentations on store performance, operational issues, sales gaps, and loss-related findings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to support business and operational planning.
Support the development and implementation of marketing and business improvement initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to store teams to promote operational effectiveness and achievement of business objectives.
Ensure stores operate in accordance with company policies, operational guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Identify operational issues and work with relevant stakeholders to develop practical solutions and follow up on corrective actions.
Review store performance gaps and their underlying causes, based on findings and feedback from the Division Manager, and monitor the effectiveness of improvement actions.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Retail Management, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in retail operations, business analysis, sales operations, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret KPI and store performance data.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Good understanding of retail operations, sales performance, and store management.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
