About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor who can lead the team, drive sales performance, and ensure smooth daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Monitor store KPIs and drive overall sales performance
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience
• Manage daily store operations and support overall store performance
• Coach team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Oversee stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and stock movement
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, grooming standards, and company policies
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably with supervisory experience
• Strong ability to lead, motivate, and guide a retail team
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven, proactive, and customer-focused
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
