Requirements
- Languages Required: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
- Minimum Education: Diploma or higher in any field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Background or knowledge in sales, marketing, or finance is an added advantage.

- A quick thinker with a generous and empathetic attitude.
- Able to understand and relate to clients’ needs and perspectives.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Explain and promote the features and benefits of various takaful certificates.
- Analyze clients' existing takaful coverage and recommend improvements or adjustments.
- Customize takaful plans to meet individual client needs and financial situations.
- Manage certificates renewals, ensuring timely updates and continued coverage.
- Maintain accurate records, both electronic and paper-based, for all client interactions and transactions.
- Assist clients with claims, ensuring a smooth and supportive claims process.
