• Have minimum 1 years experience in similar position

• Valid driver’s license (CDL or equivalent, depending on vehicle size) with a clean driving record

• Application should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

• Able to work on shifts including weekend, 6 days a week

• Experience driving large vans/trucks; familiarity with GPS navigation and local routes

• Strong customer service & communication abilities

• Basic food prep knowledge and food safety understanding

• Attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to work flexible schedules (evenings, weekends, events)

• Safely drive the food truck to designated locations along planned routes

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections; monitor fuel, tire pressure, generator, propane, and other vehicle systems .

• Set up at venues: leveling, hooking up utilities (propane, generator), and preparing the service area

• Assist in food preparation and assembly according to recipes; take and fulfill customer orders

• Handle cash and electronic transactions, provide receipts and change, and maintain daily logs

• Deliver professional customer service—manage questions, complaints, and feedback politely

• Monitor stock levels, restock ingredients and supplies; ensure proper food temperatures during storage and service

• Maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness; adhere to health codes and food safety standards

• Address basic vehicle maintenance issues; report mechanical problems promptly

• Clean and sanitize the truck interior and exterior after each shift

• Follow all local traffic, health, and safety regulations, including required permits and food-handling certifications .

• Maintain records (delivery logs, cash receipts, maintenance logs) and report issues to supervisors
