Job Summary

You will support restaurant operations by executing service tasks, managing cash, ensuring food quality and safety, addressing customer concerns, and collaborating effectively with team members to deliver excellent dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned roles such as greeter, runner, bartender, or cashier following standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Prepare the restaurant for daily service by verifying food item availability, checking special menus, confirming guest reservations, and setting up service areas and payment systems
• Deliver attentive and courteous service to customers to enhance their dining experience
• Manage cash transactions accurately and securely according to cash handling procedures
• Prepare and serve drinks, beverages, and dessert items following quality standards
• Address customer complaints promptly and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors as per guidelines
• Identify potential service, food quality, or cleanliness issues and recommend improvements to maintain high standards
• Follow all SOPs and safety requirements to ensure compliance with operational and hygiene standards
• Inspect and clean utensils and restaurant areas to maintain safety and hygiene standards consistently
• Detect and report unsafe or non-compliant conditions related to personal and food safety to prevent hazards
• Collaborate as a dependable team member by communicating clearly and audibly to support team effectiveness
