任职资格
- Possess own motorcycle or car with valid driving license (preferably GDL license)
- Punctual and responsible
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Motivated to work through busy schedules
- Attend dispatch duties, send & collect goods
- Working hours: 9.00A.M. till 6.00P.M. (Monday to Friday)
岗位职责
- Coordinating Deliveries: Organizing and coordinating the dispatching of goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers or other destinations.
- Route Planning: Efficiently planning delivery routes to optimize time and resources, minimizing fuel costs and maximizing delivery efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, tracking stock movement, and ensuring accurate records are maintained to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Quality Assurance: Conducting quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure products meet specifications and are properly packaged for safe transport.
- Documentation: Generating and maintaining accurate shipping documents, invoices, and delivery records to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
