任职资格
- Prefer Mandarin speaker Candidate to apply this job
- Applicant must able to communicate in Mandarin & English to apply for this position
- Able to communicate in Mandarin will be preferable
- Able to multi-task and work independently and self - motivated
- Relevant qualification in IT hardware, software and infrastructure support
- Able to commence work in short notice

岗位职责
- Provide advice and support for IT related challenges encounter by team members
- Troubleshoot hardware and software, technical, network issues
- Report to the Managers and work with them to maximize successful growth
- Liaise with technical colleagues and our Team to respond to customer queries.
- Monitor the management systems to identify problems and taking appropriate action to maintain and control the resolution of these problems
- Take part in monthly service meetings and reporting periodically.
- Management of new service leads, including qualification, response, recording and follow up with the objective of securing orders. Working with principal/teammate to coordinate outcomes.
