任职资格
- Candidate MUST possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma in any Technical Studies such as Electrical, Electronics and Information Technology or with experience in related field are upmost welcome.
- Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) graduates are welcome.
- Literacy of computer operating systems, hardware & software.
- Training will provided.
- Possess valid driving license (B2/D).
- Candidate age 25 years old and below.
岗位职责
- Diagnoses, repairs and service multifunction printers/copiers/plotters.
- Installing and configuring desktop pc/laptop (hardware/software).
- Monitoring and maintaining printer systems and networks.
- Providing technical support across the company and customers (this may be on-site or over the phone via remote control).
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Testing new products and applications.
- Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time.
