As a Payroll Executive at Deriv, you will ensure that the compensation and benefits programmes are administered accurately and in a timely manner for our staff at Deriv offices around the world. You will provide effective administrative support to deliver an end-to-end workforce planning and resourcing service. You can broaden your HR experience in a multinational organisation while handling core human resources operational tasks. 

Your challenges

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for our global offices; compile monthly reports.
• Handle the key processes of our employee life cycle, such as staff confirmation, probation extension, termination, resignation, and contract renewal.
• Support talent management efforts, including work permit applications and onboarding of new employees.
• Document new policies and procedures and maintain existing documents while ensuring data integrity.
• Anticipate HR issues impacting business operations and provide recommendations to enhance our HR operational performance.
• Assist employees with questions and ensure the issue is resolved.
